While the show is a little tricky-but not impossible-to follow for those who haven't seen the original cartoon, the excellent performances and perfect casting of the voice cast make the show a thrill to watch for the full duration of its run. There are even some old Kevin Smith friends who found natural roles within all the action and adventure of the series' plot. We're talking names from Star Wars, Game of Thrones, Buffy The Vampire Slayer and more. That mix includes a host of names that fans of the genre will certainly recognize from elsewhere. However, the animation is updated, and the voice cast is hand-picked with a mix of favorites. She has knowledge of many Eternian artifacts, increasing her powers through their use. It seemed like she became a hero, working with Teela to return magic to Eternia and bring Prince Adam back so theyd have a He-Man again. Filmmaker Kevin Smith (best known for his work on movies like Clerks, Mallrats, and Chasing Amy, but also a comic writer and podcaster and many other jobs) is back with a new Netflix series, Masters of the Universe: Revelation, which serves as a direct sequel to that original series. In Masters of the Universe: Revelation Part 1, Lena Headeys Evil Lyn broke fans hearts with her betrayal. Fans of the original He-Man and the Masters of the Universe animated series (which aired 130 episodes between 19) are in for a treat. ![]()
